About Lubna Zaeem
Lubna is a registered psychologist with a Master’s in Psychological Studies in Education from the University of Alberta, and a Counselling Certificate from Athabasca University. Lubna first joined IFSSA 12 years ago as a board member, and has provided cultural competency training to community leaders, governments, law enforcement and service organizations. She has been recognized for her outstanding volunteer commitment, and has been awarded the Athabasca Volunteer Service Award, the YMCA Peace Medal, and the Governor General's Sovereign Medal for Volunteers.
