About Me:
I enjoy working with couples and families of all backgrounds, who are wanting to better connect with one another and improve communication amongst themselves. I also find it meaningful to do one-on-one work with individuals who are exploring identity, life transitions, spirituality, struggling with issues around depression or anxiety, family-of-origin challenges, and helping them set boundaries.
I strive to build strong relationships with clients and take a collaborative approach when working with them. I aim to foster a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment that provides clients with the ability to be authentic and open with one another and themselves. I tailor my treatment approach to what fits best for their needs. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness techniques into therapy sessions and utilizing therapy models such as CBT, Narrative therapy, Bowenian therapy, DBT, and more.
