With the hope of expanding on an individual’s strengths and values, I use an integrated approach that includes narrative, trauma- informed and attachment therapies to help build self-awareness and process emotional difficulties.
We all go through stressful moments that overwhelm us and leave us feeling a range of painful emotions that decrease our experiences of pleasure, joy, and contentment. Whether you are new to counselling or have previous experience – we can all benefit from support during difficult life events, transitions, and strenuous family dynamics. I have extensive experience working with clients suffering from loss, grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges and trauma. I am also passionate about providing a culturally sensitive experience.
