I believe we all have the capacity for healing and growth, at whichever stage we find ourselves in life, and embarking on that journey is the bravest step. In our therapeutic alliance, I will walk beside you on your journey of rediscovery and a healthier self. I have experience working with mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression; and the faith-based and cultural stigmas that may surround them. Through my extensive training and work in the hospital setting, I understand the unique challenges, burnout, and stress facing healthcare workers and first responders, patients and their families.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master's degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. My approach is person-centered and relational; the focus is on you, creating a deeper sense of your self-awareness, and building our therapeutic alliance together. I offer a trauma-informed, spiritually-integrated, and holistic approach to therapy.
Above all, I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself. You can expect confidentiality, respect, and empathy as the foundation of our therapeutic alliance. Together, we will figure out if I am the right fit for you, and even more, we will find the right treatment approach for you too.
