I understand how difficult it is to confide in a stranger, but you can be assured of a safe therapeutic environment with empathy and active listening with me.

At a certain point, each person experiences difficult times throughout their life and sometimes hesitates to seek professional help.

My therapeutic approach is centered around the client, you. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques according to your presenting problem, mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and more (DBT, ACT, and Trauma-focused therapy).

I am passionate about Islamically Integrated Psychotherapy, which I see as a complement to the modern psychology.

I have a medical degree in medicine from the University Mohammed V in Morocco, and I completed my training in Psychiatry at the Universite de Montreal.

I worked in hospital settings in the Montreal area, and offered psychiatric/psychotherapic services to the Muslim Community in Montreal.

I have over five years of experience in the field, working specifically with clients experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and life stressors.
