Farah Lodi, MA CCC, is a cognitive behavior therapist and CEO of Moving Forward Counseling where she helps individuals overcome anxiety, depression and other mental and emotional health issues. She also helps couples with marriage counseling. She is an adjunct instructor at Zayed University where she supervises psychology interns. She is a Certified Professional Member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association. In addition, she is Vice President at The Alkaram Institute: a research and educational institution dedicated to advancing Islamic Psychology
