My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and self-awareness, and that the power to heal and transform lies within each individual. Using the latest research in neuroscience and a humanistic counseling perspective, I work with myclients to develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences and emotions, and work towards developing their own unique solutions.
