Mohammed Ahmed is a positive counseling cum clinical psychologist, a human resource generalist, and a research & development specialist. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of BlakMoh Consulting, a leading learning organization, Mohammed is committed to providing tailored solutions for individuals and organizations in need of psychological support and capacity building.

EDUCATION:

• Undergraduate degree in Counselling and Human Development Studies
• Master's in Career Counselling Psychology
• Currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: With over a decade of experience, Mohammed excels in consulting, research, and training. His core competencies include conducting individual and group counseling interventions, accumulating over 4000 counseling hours, and delivering more than 5000 hours of training in capacity building. His interventions extend across various cadres, from lower-level to senior-level professionals in civil service, non-governmental organizations, and business entities. 

He is a strong advocate of strengths-based psychology, focusing on attaining optimal functioning in individuals and building positive resources in organizations. He uses positive psychotherapies and adopts integrative therapeutic techniques using client-centered strategies to help improve or manage mild to severe mental health challenges.
