Huma can help guide you on the journey to understand how this has impacted you and how to get back to your life. She will help guide and empower you to regain control. Huma has worked at CAMH for over 20 years, with the last 14 years in the Psychological Trauma Program. She has provided individual and group therapy to people with PTSD along with depression and anxiety disorders.
Huma has worked with individuals across Ontario, with particular expertise with first responders. She has had success in helping individuals return to work after trauma. Huma's passion is to provide education to the public on mental health. She volunteers for community based organizations, conducts regular workshops, and does media requests.
