I am here to support you in re-establishing authenticity in your relationships, especially your relationship with yourself. I strongly believe that authentic connections with others can lead to positive change. When we learn to create secure bonds with people that we care about, where we are accepted for all parts of our-self (the good/bad/struggles and repairs), we are able to live a life full of color.I am here to see you, to accept you and am honored to walk with you at this stage of your life.

I provide Trauma Informed care and Humanistic approaches in first helping you find safety within yourself. I will meet you where you are at and support you in restoring your relationships and goals. I enjoy working with people of all demographics. I have extensive training in working with Prenatal/Postnatal issues, family conflict and children through Play.
