Hi! I am a postdoctoral fellow and graduated from Alliant International University with a doctorate in clinical psychology in 2023 and also received my masters in clinical psychology at Alliant International University in 2020. I completed my undergraduate degree at University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have worked with a range of therapeutic interventions and have previous experience in hospital sites, community mental health, & outpatient clinics. 

My goal is to help you reach your goals. I work collaboratively to support my clients to help improve the quality of their lives. Therapy can be a vulnerable process and it is my hope to create a safe space to allow for growth and healing.

I am a therapist who provides interventions from a person-centered approach and a holistic/multicultural perspective. I also remain flexible in the evidence-based interventions we may use in treatment. I have worked with clients across the lifespan, providing individual, couples and family therapy. I am also able to provide psychological testing services. I offer therapy in English and Urdu (conversational).
