I work with clients to help them develop self-awareness and positive thinking skills that can enhance their coping and behavior. I use a variety of approaches that are tailored to each client's needs and goals, such as client-centered, strength-based, skill-building, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I have experience working with children, youth, teens, and adults who face anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, and behavioral challenges. I also work in the school as a school social worker to provide behavioral and skill-building support to students in both special and general education settings.
