I believe that growth begins when we feel safe enough to explore our inner experiences with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Through this deeper understanding of ourselves, we can begin to make meaningful changes in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the ways in which we experience life. This is how I understand my role as a therapist: to help create the conditions for this kind of safe, supportive exploration.

I support individuals as they navigate emotional challenges, anxiety, stress, life transitions, parenting experiences, and relationship concerns. In our work together, I aim to help you make sense of your emotional experiences, notice patterns that may be impacting you, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with the life you want to live. My focus is on supporting greater self-understanding, emotional clarity, and a more grounded sense of self in both internal experiences and relationships.

In my work, I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy as a primary framework for understanding emotions, attachment needs, and patterns of relating. Alongside this, I integrate a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems–informed practices, as well as strengths-based and mindfulness-based approaches, depending on each person’s unique needs and goals.

My work is culturally responsive and trauma-informed, with a strong respect for each person’s lived experience. When it feels supportive and aligned with a client’s preferences, I also integrate faith and spirituality as sources of meaning, grounding, and support.

Beginning therapy can be a step toward greater understanding and change. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore what feels most important for you and what you would like to be different in your life.
