Your MSA may already be partnered with Ruh

We work with MSAs across North America to bring Islamically aligned mental health support straight to your campus. If your MSA is in our directory, you may already have access to Ruh therapists—and in many cases, your sessions can be low-cost or even $0 through your student plan.

How universities cover therapy for students

How to Check Your Coverage
You can usually find your mental health coverage details on your university’s health/counselling services website, your student health insurance plan page, or your student union/benefits site. Look for sections on “counselling” or “therapy” to see how much per session is covered and how to get reimbursed.
How to Check Your Coverage
Many universities provide student health plans that include coverage for therapists, which can reduce or fully cover session fees.

Events & Workshops with MSAs

We regularly partner with MSAs across North America to host mental health workshops, khutbahs, panels, and wellness events tailored to Muslim students. If you’d like Ruh to collaborate with your MSA, we’re happy to help you plan an event that fits your campus.
