About
Some days you may feel like life has become too heavy - it’s anxiety that keeps circling in your mind, the weight of past trauma, or adjusting to new health challenges. You may be doing your best to stay strong, but inside, it can feel exhausting and lonely.
Therapy can be a space to lay down those burdens and find new ways forward. Imagine feeling more grounded, at peace with yourself, and able to meet life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. My goal is to help you move toward that balance - step by step, in a way that aligns with your needs - sometimes practical and tool-based, other times creative and reflective.
As an art therapist and a student of Traditional Islamic arts, I’ve experienced how art can nurture mindfulness, patience, and perseverance. These qualities deeply shape how I hold space for clients.
My own journey with Islam also influences my approach. After being diagnosed with health conditions, I turned to faith to find a renewed sense of purpose, healing, and balance. Learning to accept Allah’s decree and finding contentment in it became part of my personal path of healing - and this helps me walk alongside clients with greater empathy and care.
I strive to create a safe environment where your cultural and spiritual values are honored, and where Islamic teachings can be gently woven into therapy if that feels important to you.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to connect with me and together, we can explore the path toward resilience and well-being, Insha’Allah.
