About
"Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear." (Qur'an 2:286)
You may be navigating the emotional and psychological challenges of chronic illness. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or the overwhelming uncertainty that comes with your diagnosis. You might seek a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood - where your experiences are validated beyond just physical symptoms.
You want support in coping with the emotional toll of your illness, managing stress, and improving your overall well-being. You may also be looking for ways to reconnect with yourself, process your fears, and find meaning in your journey. You may even be facing challenges related to identity, relationships, or the impact of illness on your sense of self.
I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic approach that integrates art therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and psychodynamic principles to help you explore your emotions, develop resilience, and cultivate inner peace.
My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you can express yourself freely, find comfort in the present, and move forward with strength and clarity.
