Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-C)

About
Feeling stuck with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions? As a Licensed Master Social Worker and Board-Certified Chaplain (Spiritual Care Provider), I support young adults, adults, and couples in overcoming emotional barriers so they can build deeper connections with their loved ones, thrive in their careers, and find greater fulfillment in life.
As an LMSW and BCC, I’m trained to work with the whole person, not just the individual in isolation. Whether you’re dealing with a mood disorder (like depression or bipolar), anxiety (including OCD), relationship or family challenges, performance stress, or a major life transition, my goal is to support you in creating lasting change in a warm, practical way. We will also work together as a team. Ultimately, you are the subject matter expert of what brings you to therapy.
I’ll help you work through each step, providing effective tools to support lasting change so you can move forward with confidence and vision for a productive future. The therapeutic modalities I use most frequently with much success are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also have an extensive background working with our nation's veterans, those who have been formally incarcerated, and those affected by varying degrees of trauma.
I'm here to support you in your life's journey, building resilience and self-confidence while either discovering or rediscovering true meaning and purpose in a most holistic way. Together, we’ll define what progress looks like for you. Whether it’s reducing anxiety, improving relationships, or navigating major life adjustments.
