Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions before submitting an event request? Here’s what to know about timelines, planning, customization, and next steps.
What is the format of your events?
Our events can be delivered virtually, in person, or in a hybrid format, depending on your location, event goals, and facilitator availability. To get started, please complete our Event Request Form and our Event Coordinator will follow up to explore the best format for your event.
Can events be conducted in collaboration with another organization?
Yes! We regularly collaborates with schools, masajid, nonprofits, workplaces, community groups, and other organizations to deliver events and workshops. If you are planning an event with another partner, sponsor, or funder involved, please include those details in the Event Request Form so our team can understand the collaboration and guide you through the next steps.
Are events Islamically integrated?
Yes - they can be. Our events and workshops are designed to be Islamically aligned and culturally responsive, while also grounded in mental health foundations and practical tools. We recognize that each community has its own unique context, and we approach every session with care, sincerity, and ihsaan. Our goal is to support emotional wellbeing in a way that feels relevant, respectful, and rooted in the needs of your audience.
How are speakers or facilitators selected?
We match facilitators or therapists based on the topic, audience, event format, location, language/cultural needs, and clinical fit. Once we understand your event goals, we’ll identify the best available facilitator for the session InshaAllah!
How much notice do you need to organize an event?
We recommend reaching out at least 3-4 weeks in advance to plan an event thoroughly! This allows enough time for planning, facilitator coordination, agreements, marketing materials, registration setup, and content review. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability and event scope.
Do you provide marketing materials or registration support?
Yes, we do! Our marketing team can support throughout the event planning process with related marketing collateral, such as event flyers, registration materials, and attendee communications, depending on the event scope and partnership needs.
