About

Are you navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, grief, identity challenges, cultural pressures, or life transitions? Do you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns? I support individuals facing these concerns, and I work closely with newcomers, first-generation individuals, and those seeking a culturally responsive and faith-inclusive space.

I offer a supportive, grounding, and compassionate environment where clients often share that they feel safe, understood, and gently guided. Together, we explore your emotional world with curiosity and care, identifying patterns that no longer serve you, building healthier coping strategies, and strengthening your sense of inner balance. My focus is on practical tools, grounding techniques, and self-awareness that help you feel more in control and connected to yourself.

My relationship with Islam has been a lifelong journey of learning and reflection, shaped through self-study, community learning, and engagement with teachers of the Qur’an and prophetic sirah. This foundation influences how I understand healing, resilience, and the human heart.

In my therapeutic work, I integrate Islamic principles in a respectful and natural way, drawing on values such as intention, balance, compassion, and tawakkul. For clients seeking a faith-informed approach, I help bridge modern therapeutic tools with spiritual wisdom, creating a space where psychological growth and Islamic identity can coexist and support one another.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, blending mindfulness-based practices, cognitive and behavioural strategies, emotion-focused and trauma-informed care, mind-body techniques, and subconscious-focused methods when helpful.

I understand how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy, especially when cultural, family, or spiritual layers are hard to explain. My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental, and culturally grounded space. If you’re curious about working together, we can begin with a simple conversation to see if it feels like the right fit.
