About
I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where we can work together at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges, as well as couples who are looking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and nurture greater intimacy in their relationship.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're working through a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and lasting change.
