About
I’m Reem Saeid, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through, feel understood, and also be challenged when needed.
As a Muslim therapist, I understand that faith, family, culture, and personal experiences can all shape how we see ourselves and the challenges we face. For many of us, balancing these different parts of life can be difficult. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, relationships, family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, and questions around identity, faith, and personal values.
I especially enjoy working with Muslim women and daughters of immigrants who may feel caught between different expectations or are trying to figure out what they want for themselves while still honoring the people and values that are important to them.
My approach is warm, direct, and culturally sensitive. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, but I also believe therapy should help you understand your patterns, look at things from a different perspective, and make meaningful changes. I’ll meet you where you are while also being honest and thoughtful in our work together.
