About
You may be feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or the people closest to you. Perhaps you and your partner keep repeating the same conflicts without feeling understood, or you find yourself overthinking, struggling to express your needs, and feeling guilty when setting boundaries. You may also be navigating depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, family pressures, grief, identity concerns, or a major life transition.
I support individuals and couples who want to understand the patterns keeping them stuck and develop healthier ways of responding to life and relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we may work on strengthening communication, regulating difficult emotions, challenging unhelpful beliefs, improving boundaries, and rebuilding connection and confidence.
I draw from emotionally focused, cognitive-behavioural, attachment-based, and insight-oriented approaches, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs. For Muslim clients who wish to include their faith, I offer space to explore how Islamic values, spirituality, family, and culture influence their experiences. Faith integration is always guided by your preferences and is never imposed.
