About

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space for individuals seeking healing, clarity, and personal growth. I work with youth, adults, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and values. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, while integrating mindfulness and strengths-based practices. For clients who wish, I also offer faith-sensitive and spiritually integrated support in a way that is respectful, client-led, and ethically grounded.

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to help you develop insight, build practical coping tools, and reconnect with your inner strengths so you can move forward with confidence and intention.

Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
