Clinical Supervisor Lead (MSW, RSW)

Meccana Ali is the Clinical Supervisor Lead at Ruh Care, where she provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to therapists and clinical supervisors across the organization. She supports high-quality, ethical, and research-informed mental health care through individual and group supervision, case consultation, and treatment planning across diverse therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, systemic, and narrative approaches.

In her role, Meccana ensures alignment with professional and regulatory standards while fostering trauma-informed, strengths-based, and harm-reduction practice. She is committed to accessibility, inclusion, and equitable care, ensuring that mental health services are welcoming and responsive to the needs of diverse communities. She also leads the onboarding and ongoing support of Clinical Supervisors and contributes to the continuous improvement of clinical services.
