About
Have you ever wondered how the various events in your life big or small, have shaped the person you are today? Therapy is not only a place to process difficulties, but also a space to celebrate your successes, acknowledge personal growth, and reflect on the moments of joy, resilience, and achievement that are meaningful to you.
Together, we will identify goals that are meaningful, realistic, and tailored to your unique needs. Therapy is about building insight, resilience, and practical tools that help you respond to life's difficulties in a healthier and more fulfilling way.
I integrate traditional Talk Therapy with specialized modalities like Art Therapy and EMDR to help process experiences in ways that words alone sometimes cannot. I also provide culturally responsive care by respecting each client's beliefs and values and making space for spirituality when it is meaningful and relevant.
I have experience working with teens, adults, and older adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and OCD. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood as we explore your experiences and develop practical strategies to improve your well-being.
I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Massachusetts (MA) and Texas (TX), offering sessions in English, Arabic, and Russian. I strive to meet each client where they are and ensure that any spiritual integration is supportive, client-centered, and aligned with evidence-based practice. I invite you to check my current availability and book a session so we can start this journey together.
