About
Have you ever wondered how the experiences in your life - big or small - have shaped the person you are today? Therapy is a space to process life's challenges, celebrate personal growth, and build the insight and resilience needed to move forward with confidence.
Together, we will identify meaningful, realistic goals tailored to your unique needs. I integrate traditional talk therapy with specialized approaches such as Art Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you process experiences in ways that words alone sometimes cannot. I provide culturally responsive, client-centered care that respects your values and makes space for spirituality when it is meaningful to you.
I have experience working with teens, adults, and older adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood as we work toward lasting change.
I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Massachusetts (MA) and Texas (TX), offering therapy in English, Arabic, and Russian. I invite you to check my availability and book a session to begin your journey toward healing and growth.
