Raniya Syed
Registered Psychotherapist (RP)

About
Psychotherapy can be an invaluable resource when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, experiencing a sense of dis-ease, or navigating challenging situations and relationships. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, client-centred, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, holistic, and rooted in the Islamic worldview.
I believe Allah has blessed each of us with innate goodness, knowledge, and abilities. I will honour your unique lived experience, help you make meaning of your life story, and gently challenge you to reconnect with your strengths. In our work together, you can expect sincerity, authenticity, laughter, tears (cathartic release), and insightful conversations.
Most importantly, I aspire to offer you a sense of hope, support you in deepening your connection with Allah, and help you find greater clarity, confidence, and grounding through your healing journey.
