About

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that cultivating self-love and personal empowerment are essential to the healing process. I recognize that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and I honor the courage it takes to take that first step. With over 12 years of clinical experience, I have supported adolescents (ages 13 and older) and adults in addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy is grounded in collaboration. I work alongside clients to identify strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and promote meaningful, lasting change. Together, we establish goals, explore barriers, and develop practical strategies that can extend beyond the therapy room into daily life. I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe, seen, and heard, while fostering a nonjudgmental space for self-exploration, emotional processing, and authentic growth.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep curiosity about human experiences and a strong belief in the transformative power of being truly understood. Personal challenges and pivotal life experiences showed me firsthand the impact of compassionate support, and they continue to inspire my commitment to this work.

In my practice, I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I tailor these approaches to each client’s unique needs with the goal of fostering resilience, healing, and reconnection with the self.

I hold a deep respect for the inherent capacity of every individual to heal and create meaningful change. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journey, and I approach that responsibility with care, respect, and dedication.
