About

There are moments when life and all its struggles feel heavy. And reaching out for help can be the hardest part.
‍

You may find yourself replaying the same argument in your head, feeling the sting of betrayal, or carrying the quiet ache of resentment. Maybe it’s the disconnect you feel between your own needs and the cultural or family expectations that weigh on you. You want to be understood - but instead, you feel alone in your struggle.
‍

I believe these feelings are not signs of weakness but signals- placed within us from Allah - to guide us toward what our hearts truly need. Anger can reveal where our boundaries have been crossed. Sadness can speak to what we value most. Even confusion can be an opening to seek clarity. Our emotions are there to help us return to a place of alignment, connection, and peace.
‍

In our work together, we’ll create a space where all the parts of you are welcome - the pain, the doubt, the longing, and the hope. I have worked with individuals and couples navigating betrayal, cycles of conflict, cultural tensions, etc. My approach is warm but direct, blending practical tools for change with the safety to explore what feels most vulnerable.

I am passionate about the phases of life that becoming a new mother can take you through. I have experience working with postpartum moms who are struggling with mood disorders, grief and loss, body image issues, and intrusive thoughts. If you are a new mom, or mom of multiple children and feel hopeless, anxious, or lost, you don’t have to carry this alone.
‍

As a Muslim therapist, I incorporate Islamically integrated psychotherapeutic techniques that shape the heart of my work.
‍I’ve come to see how spiritual and emotional health are deeply intertwined. When clients wish, I integrate these principles into our sessions - offering culturally responsive and spiritually grounded care that honors both faith and mental well-being.
‍

Therapy is not about erasing the past; it’s about creating a future where you can live with clarity, trust yourself, and nurture the relationships that matter most. You don’t have to carry this weight alone. Let’s begin with a conversation and take the first step together.
