About
There are moments when life feels heavier than you imagined it could.
You may find yourself replaying the same argument in your head, feeling the sting of betrayal, or carrying the quiet ache of resentment that never seems to fade. Perhaps you feel trapped between your own needs and the cultural or family expectations that weigh on you. You want to be understood - not to be seen without judgment - but instead, you often feel alone in your struggle.
I believe these feelings are not signs of weakness but signals - placed within us by our Lord - to guide us toward what our hearts truly need. Anger can reveal where our boundaries have been crossed. Sadness can speak to what we value most. Even confusion can be an opening to seek clarity. Our emotions, no matter how intense, are not here to harm us. They are here to help us return to a place of alignment, connection, and peace.
In our work together, we’ll create a space where every part of you is welcome - the hurt, the doubt, the longing, and the hope. I work with individuals and couples navigating betrayal, trust issues, cycles of conflict, cultural tensions, and postpartum transitions. My approach is warm but direct, blending practical tools for change with the safety to explore what feels most vulnerable.
My own journey with Islam shapes the heart of my work.
From seeking knowledge through scholars and lectures to formal training in Islamic psychology, I’ve come to see how spiritual and emotional health are deeply intertwined. When clients wish, I integrate Islamic principles into therapy - offering culturally responsive and spiritually grounded care that honors both faith and mental well-being.
Therapy is not about erasing the past; it’s about creating a future where you can live with clarity, trust yourself, and nurture the relationships that matter most.
You don’t have to carry this weight alone. Let’s begin with a conversation, and together, take the first step toward the life you’ve been longing for.
