Do you offer free therapy?
Our free therapy program is for individuals who meet the low-income eligibility requirements in Canada. Please submit a free therapy registration form through here to determine your eligibility and our team will contact you. For any questions regarding free therapy, please contact counselling@naseeha.net. For any questions regarding paid therapy or being matched with a Ruh Care therapist, please contact hello@ruhcare.com.
What if my therapist is not a good fit for me?
We want you to feel confident in your care from the very first session.
That’s why we offer the Fit Guarantee. If your therapist doesn’t feel like the right match, we’ll help you rematch and your first session with the new therapist will be completely free. No extra cost, no stress.
How do I get matched with a therapist?
Clients are matched with therapists best suited to their needs through the matching form. We take your needs, preferences, and the therapist's specializations in account in the matching process, ensuring that each client is paired with the right therapist who can provide the most suitable support.
How much does a therapy session cost?
The cost of a single therapy session is between $120-$180 depending on the therapist's certification, area of service, years of expertise, and session type. If you are unable to afford the cost of therapy, we highly encourage you to apply to our sliding scale financial assistance program.
How long is a therapy session?
An average session is 50 minutes in length. You can also book an extended 80 minute session!
